PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept cash, business checks and credit cards: VISA and MASTERCARD.
Deposit of $50 charged is required the day of reservation and rest of balance is due no later than the day prior to your event.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Bounce Carolina doesn't accept any cancelations. You can reschedule your event within 180 days or you will lose your payment. Anything after 180 days will be subject to reschedule fee: party under $350 will be charged $75. Party over $350 will be charged $100. No reschedule after 1 year from original date.
Weather related cancellation: In the event of rain, wind over 25mph or higher, mud, snow or lightning we will not setup our equipment. In the case of bad weather forecast we will call you the night before your event and discuss your options. If you decide not to hold your event we can reschedule. If you decide to proceed with your event and we will set up our equipment there will be no refund in case of rain, wind etc.

BOUNCE CAROLINA reserves the right to cancel ANY event that could potentially cause damage to its equipment or cause harm to anybody.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT:
Electricity:
- We’ll need an outlet within 100 ft of a set-up and our blowers require 20 amp circuit.
- If power is not available, generators may be rented
for $125 each.
Supervision:
- A responsible adult MUST supervise children at all
times. If you wish for us to supervise your party there
is an additional fee of $25 per hour.
Set-up area:
- Setup area must be clear of ALL debris – rocks,
branches, sticks, pet litter etc. Flat access to set up area. No hills, steps etc. No setup on mulch.
- Customer/Lessee is responsible for having any
underground utilities or sprinkler systems marked prior
to our delivery.
